To animate the shine, move the crosshair to the beginning of where you want it to animate and hit the stopwatch icon for the "center" property of the Fast Radial Blur effect, this records the position, then move along in the timeline to something like 5seconds and then move the crosshair to where you want the animation to end and a new keyframe is automatically created, the shine will then animate over 5seconds.

can anyone tell me how to show the effect, i know how it, but when i do it stays in the same picture. when i hold down shift, nothing happens..
