i use speech to read everything on the computer to me, very simple, but very irritating. sounds like stephen hawkins in fact. called supernova (by dolphin creation software). When i'm at the games, i have a commentary headset, provided by the club for free, but they haven't done anything else for me, like not letting me sit in all areas of the ground koz they think i'm a health and safety risk, and refusing to help with disability related enquiries etc.
