look, I've had acne, I still have it, so it's not like I'm picking on ppl here, but honestly acne is a way of your body telling you there is something wrong inside the body... so yeah needless to say it's really frustrating, especially the scarring...I mean acne itself is embarassing enough, no body needs the scars too, but they eventually fade away...over a few months, which sucks but that's life.

it's different for everyone, diet is only a minor thing in the whole picture, but excess sugar in the body will be stored as fat and therefore it's slowly gonna kill you!!

don't be like that!! you're attitude sucks! there is not only one reason as to why ppl get acne, and yes hormones and genetics plays a major role in the whole picture, but stress and diet may trigger outbreaks too! stress is clearly detrimental to your health and if your health is at stake your fucked in more ways than just acne. just as the saying goes, you are what you eat!! some ppl have it worst than others because of genetics and hormones, so you're not entirely wrong!!

i usually agree that stress is a liberal way of saying that you need a break or sumthing but i could tell that when i have to get up extra early or have lots of homework in a week i usually get much worse acne. |
