My acne went away when I stopped eating all dairy products. No dairy. That was my answer.Great sources of calcium are oranges, almonds, sesame seeds and Broccoli.

Dairy is known to mess with hormones. Probably cause it's full of them. If you eat dairy free chocolate you'll be fine :)

diet and exercise is not the solution for most acne cases. I was in the military since 17 never smoked eat good and still have acne. noone knows for sure to be exact. hormones,stress, etc..
